The Care Saving Pass by CareFirst Urgent Care is not health insurance and is not meant to be utilized as insurance. This pass is a discount program offered to self-pay patients or patients who have high deductibles as a means to reduce non-emergency medical costs at CareFirst Urgent Care facilities only. Monthly membership pass is $39.95/mo. Initial prepaid 3-month enrollment, plus $5 administration fee at sign-up. Charge of $39.95 will begin 3 months after the date of purchase and will continue every month on the same day of the month from when the pass was purchased. This program can be cancelled at any time after the initial 3-month period and is not refundable. This program cannot be utilized if you wish to bill any insurance and it cannot be used with any Medicaid or Medicare plans. This program cannot be used for auto accidents or work-related injuries. This program does not include durable medical equipment or any outside facility services you may be referred to, such as MRIs, CT scans, and bloodwork, among others.
