CareFirst Urgent Care offers three types of COVID-19 testing at all locations:

PCR (nasal swab)
Rapid Antigen (nasal swab)
Serum Antibody IgG (blood)

We are currently seeing a 24-72-hour average turnaround time for the COVID-19 PCR results. CareFirst Urgent Care is Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)-accredited and our laboratory is accredited by the Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA). All tests are Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)-approved.
